CLEAN ROOM PARTITION AND CEILING PANELS
We offer a wide range of clean room panels to meet different types of modular clean room operation needs. Our Partition panels and ceiling panels are designed to provide a clean and reliable system for existing as well as new installations to meet clean room specifications.
- MOC-PPGI/PCGI.
- Normal Panel Dimensions - 1200mm width and 3000mm height.
- Panel Thickness – 30mm to 100mm.
- Infill - PUFF of 40Kg / m3 Density.
- Joining systems – Panels shall be joined by GI/Aluminium connecting profiles system to insure structural rigidity and proper panel to panel alignment.
- Wall base runners – Panels shall sit in a minimum 18 gauge galvanized steel track anchored to the floor required.
- Ceiling panel hanging arrangements – fixed from civil wall or structural MS Grid.
- Coving and 3D corners systems – Aluminium / PVC.
- Sealing systems – Silicon sealant.
- Clean room window - Our standard clean room window comes with safety glass wrapped in anodized aluminium / PPGI / PCGI frames with radius corners. These are pre-manufactured in our modular wall panels before arriving to sites. We manufacture custom clean room windows according to their required sizes, colours and materials.
CLEAN ROOM DOORS
Our clean room doors play an important role in preventing cross contamination, maintaining correct room pressure, air circulation rates and ensuring optimum operating efficiency.
Our clean room doors are constructed in single and double shutters / panels. The features include air tight hinges for effortless movement, door handle and drop seals to insure complete closure. Door closure option includes locking mechanisms and hydraulic closures.
- Construction – 50mm to 100mm thick metal frame.
- Surface – Powder coated ACC to RAL or smoothed stainless steel.
- Options – Single leaf & double leaf.
- Door Accessories - The specifications can be customised as per customer requirements.

Subham Modular Houses are Fabricated in steel structure with wall and roofing of insulated panels.
- Basic frame is made with channel, Pipes and Angles of GI or MS.
- The Structure will be mounted on concrete or Steel Raised Floor Framing.
- Installation will be made at the desired location.

GARMENTS LOCKER
This cabinet is fabricated with superior quality Stainless steel 304. It is fabricated by using the best quality stainless steel, the Stainless Steel Lockers are used in pharmaceutical laboratories and hospitals for storage purpose. DYNAMIC PASS BOX
- Dynamic Pass Box Works like an airlock or Laminar Air Flow unit. Clean air enters in the Pass Box and prevents the entrance of the contamination.
- Ultra-violet light is also installed in the Pass Box to remove the contamination that may enter during the transfer of material. It should be replaced after 1500 burning hours.
- Material: Stainless Steel 304/316 quality with double skin body and pencil coving inside.
- Size: Available in various custom-made sizes
STATIC PASS BOX
- Pass boxes are used to transfer material for blending, granulation or sterilization in the manufacturing area and sterilization & incubation in the microbiology laboratory. In some cases, equipment parts are also transferred through the Pass boxes in sterile manufacturing areas.
